Oxfordshire NEU negotiates employment policies with Oxfordshire County Council and local Multi Academy Trusts. 

Most Academies Policies are based on the Oxfordshire Model Policies but may have some differences. Some MATs that aren't based in Oxfordshire have significantly different policies they have agreed nationally.

Where no change to an academies policies have been negotiated the County Council policy from when the school became an academy should still be in place.
