Annual conference 2025 will be held at the Harrogate International Centre from Monday 14 April until Thursday 17 April.
If you’d like to attend conference as a district delegate, you should get in touch with district secretary.
All members elected to represent their district at conference will be sent more information on accommodation, travel, catering, the crèche etc.

Conference exhibition
If you’re an organisation and you’d like to have a stall at the conference exhibition, please fill in this short form to let us know.
- The exhibition will be shell-scheme format.
- Shell space is offered free of charge.
- All exhibitors’ names and websites will be added to the conference programme.
- The exhibition will open at 09:00 on Monday 14 April, and close at 16:00 on Wednesday 16 April.
- The deadline for applications is Friday 31 January.
