90% say workload impacts mental health NINE in every ten education professionals in Wales say their workload has impacted on their emotional health and wellbeing, with nearly three-quarters (73 per cent) saying their workload has increased over the last 12 months. These are some of the findings of a mental health and wellbeing survey carried out by NEU Cymru in July which attracted more than 2,100 responses.
