Judging criteria for the representative and national officer awards
Nominations will be judged against the criteria listed below. Nominations do not have to address all the criteria, but the more evidence and examples you can provide, the better chance nominees have of being recognised by the judging panel.
Things to note when nominating :
- Nominations for Executive members will not be accepted for these awards.
- Officers cannot nominate themselves
- Executive members can submit nominations for these awards, but they will not carry more weight. Executive members should support other members, reps and local officers to submit nominations.
- Nominees must have been active as an officer in the past year.
- For representative of the year, joint nominations are permitted, but they cannot be from different workplaces. For the national officer award, joint nominations are permitted where officers have worked closely together in the same branch/district.
