The increase of 6.5% to all pay points and allowances is effective from 1 September 2023. These proposals are subject to formal consultation which ended on 21 September, with all pay increases backdated to 1 September.
Representatives of the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association have made an offer for 2023/24. This is currently being put to members for consultation.
