Use this facility to request a laminated ID badge which will include your name, your position, your district/branch plus the NEU logo and your photo.  The cost of this is covered by HQ.

  1. Submit your request for a card
  2. Despatch will email you to request your digital JPEG passport style photo
  3. Upon receipt of your digital photo and address, Despatch will print and send the ID badge with lanyard to you
