Leadership masterclass: Strategic thinking

This is an online leadership masterclass aimed at those in middle leadership positions or those who lead a team.

This session will explore the concept of strategic thinking as a leader in education and how to use this to identify opportunities and challenges and develop strategic thinking skills.

This session will cover:
• Reflect on the differences between managing and leading
• Discuss how to move from operational to strategic action
• Consider how to build in time for reflection as a leader
• Review some different tools to create the habit of strategic thinking

She is the Director of Diverse Educators and an accredited coach with Resilient Leaders Elements, the Coactive Institute and the British School of Coaching.
