The menopause toolkit includes a guide for members, a checklist for workplace reps, a checklist for leaders, a model policy for your school/college and a poster.  All of these can be downloaded as pdfs or read online as and when needed.  The toolkit can be used by members as well as reps as a collective or individual bargaining or reference tool .  Please tell us about ways in which you have used the toolkit and whether the policy has been adopted in your workplace by emailing equality@neu.org.uk
