Beyond Equality’s aim is simple: to equip every adult working with boys with the understanding and confidence to help them grow into emotionally literate, kind, and authentic young men.

What masculinity means today and how cultural ideas have shaped boys’ experiences
How gendered expectations influence boys’ mental health, behaviour, and relationships
Why open, reflective conversations with boys are vital to creating more inclusive, caring school cultures and help improve gender equality
