Our effective campaigning has made education funding a decisive political issue and made the DfE clarify their workload guidance. We will continue to fight for a fairly-funded education system with highly trained and qualified teachers and educational professionals who have manageable workloads, fair pay and good working conditions.
We offer training and professional development opportunities to suit any role or career stage, with subjects ranging from behaviour management and pupil mental health, to SEND and classroom skills. A fantastic range of national and local CPD courses for all our members from managing behaviour to gender identity training and guidance as well as specialist training for reps and officers.
