Tamsin works part time as a lecturer at Bath Spa University on the Primary and Early Years PGCE courses. She believes that all children deserve practitioners who are inspiring, loving, reflective and committed to improving on their current best. Early Education is a charity and membership organisation for individuals and organisations working in early childhood education across the UK.

Adrian Bethune is a part-time teacher at a primary school in Aylesbury and the deputy-chair of the Well Schools strategic board. Adrian also delivers wellbeing-focused training through his organisation www.teachappy.co.uk. Adrian is the author of Wellbeing in the Primary Classroom – A Practical Guide to Teaching Happiness and co-author of A Little Guide To Teacher Wellbeing and Self-Care.
