This session is an hour long and will explore the importance of establishing your vision as a leader, your personal values and how to develop your vision as an integral part of your leadership.
The session will cover:
• Reflect on your why
• Articulate your vision, mission and values
• Refine how to communicate who you are and what you do
• Consider how and where to share your vision
