The NEU condemns unequivocally the abduction and removal to the USA of Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife by the USA administration.
This act of aggression, and the wave of military attacks - including the bombardment of Caracas which preceded it - constitute a blatant breach of international law.
We uphold the right of the Venezuelan people alone to determine their elected leaders and the future of their country.
