You have a right to undertake inspections as a trade union safety representative under the Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977 (Northern Ireland 1979).
The checklist can be used as a guide during a safety inspection to help you identify issues and spot hazards and the report form can be used to report issues to your employer.
