Being able to decode a behaviour under pressure quickly can help us to stay objective, remain calm, and deliver the most effective strategy with minimum stress. In this session, we will explore how to identify and respond to connection-seeking/deliberate and dysregulated behaviour whether one-to-one, with a group or in front of a class.
