Teaching music confidently in primary

Whether you are a specialist looking for more ideas or a non-specialist looking for guidance, you are uniquely positioned to make a huge difference to the musical lives and development of children - unleash that power with Kodaly inspired singing games and Dalcroze inspired musical movement for a holistic musical approach. This session will be delivered by a Global Teacher Prize Finalist.

At this session you will:

  • Learn effective classroom strategies
  • Explore how to connect with children musically away from the screen
  • Understand why music and movement are essentials for child development - not just musically, but in all areas.
