This year will see the first NI residential with an overnight stay at the Ramada Encore, Belfast on the 26 May.
This course is for members interested in learning more about leadership skills, the trade union movement and building confidence working at a senior level. Our aim is to increase gender equality in leadership across the education sector and fight imposter syndrome all while inspiring and empowering our members.

For teachers, taking the 26 and 27 May for this CPD course would fall under arrangements for short term absences. We appreciate that cover has been an issue for most of this year and have compressed the agenda to ensure minimal disruption.
