Tuesday 9th March, 2021 at 7pm on Zoom
Our first speaker is Raja'a Abu Jasser who is a teacher and co-ordinator with the Hands Up Project which enables young girls in Gaza to express themselves through drama activities. Our second speaker is Katie Syrett, a physiotherapist for almost 25 years. Katie works with musculoskeletal issues and has a special interest in women's health. She will be showing us how to maintain good posture and demonstrating some simple exercises that can be done when sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
