Leading in Uncertainty – very limited spaces

Never has leading schools been more challenging. As teachers scramble to offer online learning to their students, headteachers and school leaders face demands on all sides – supporting teachers, students and parents through a time of great uncertainty, leading a dispersed staff team, keeping morale up and people connected.

To help support our leadership members through these unprecedented times we are offering a programme of virtual group coaching designed specifically for *Senior Leaders. Leading in Uncertainty will help you navigate the many challenges you are facing, step into uncertainty, make speedy decisions and offer the best possible leadership to your school community at its time of need. You will learn how to:

Delivery -The programme will be delivered to small groups via 3x2 hour zoom meetings. These will be held at fortnightly intervals.

When - Please note you must be able to attend all three of the sessions on the dates and times given. They are not transferable or negotiable.

Cost - The union has decided to waive programme fees during this period, but places are limited and available only to those who have held union membership for at least 1 year at the point of application.
