About the event

This residential programme offers the opportunity for head teachers and senior/experienced leaders/teachers with responsibility for behaviour to reflect critically on their impact in improving behaviour by working with renowned author and trainer, Dr Rob Long.

During the programme you will:

  • explore the development and use of efficient and successful systems for providing support to individuals and groups of young people.
  • develop skills in analysing pupil behaviour and identifying, planning and implementing solutions to problems.
  • extend awareness of multi-faceted (and multi-agency) 'behaviour' intervention techniques.

You will try out appropriate strategies during the school-based weeks between seminars and then reflect on and share learning with colleagues at the follow-up event.

Part Two of the course is on 25 June 2019.
