The form, below, will find your MP for you ('Find your local rep'). Just start typing your full address in the field provided, and click to select.

If your address can't be found, try typing the name of your street. When you've completed the form, you'll be able to add your house name / number to the address that appears at the bottom of your email. If that still doesn't work, you can use this form.

Many MPs won't deal with requests unless constituents provide their full name and address, so it's important that you fill in these details correctly and in full.

Please edit this email to personalise it. It's really important that your MP understands how strongly you and others in your constituency feel about this issue.

The easiest way to personalise the email is to insert a paragraph towards the end of the letter, before the line 'I would be happy to talk to you further about my concerns'. Write a sentence or two about how funding cuts have affected you, your school and your children. It's up to you whether or not you want to name your school. Finally, if you're not prepared to meet your MP, you can delete that line.
