Managing behaviour through effective classroom teams

This session looks at improving behaviour by cultivating good relationships with colleagues in the classroom. 

Achieving behaviour for learning requires a consistent approach across the board. An essential part in achieving this lies in cultivating good relationships with everyone in the classroom. 

This session will cover: 

· Establishing a team ethos and shared approach (do’s and don’ts) 

· Maximising the joint impact of all adults in the classroom 

· Proactive behaviour management strategies 

Objectives:

By the end of the session, you will be able to: 

· Improve communication with colleagues 

· Sustain positive professional relationships 

· Foster a shared approach to behaviour management 

· Use voice control and body language techniques to influence the behaviour of others
