Northern Ireland EA pay and grading review outcome

A Pay and Grading Review for Education Authority (EA) employees on JNC pay scales has been agreed and implemented. 

The new pay scale will be implemented with effect from 1 April 2024. JNC staff will assimilate to the new pay scale based on the next equal to or higher point (pro-rata).
